Abstract
In the era of globalization, every company, both producing goods and services, must be able to show its superiority in order to be able to compete in such a tight competition. The advantages possessed by the company must be improved continuously, while its weaknesses must be improved or eliminated. This is so that the company's achievement process can run according to what has been planned. To achieve the company's goals requires sophisticated technology in order to promote the development of a business. However, the role of human resources is also very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work stress, and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and observation. Measurement of research variables using a Likert scale for each statement The sample in this study consisted of 55 employees of Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto with the sampling technique of simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques use statistical techniques such as validity and reliability tests for questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis with F-test and t-test to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that work stress, workload, and work environment all had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. Furthermore, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. Work stress has no effect on employee performance at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. While the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto, Keywords: workload, work stress, and work environment
