Abstract
Bazaar Fashion Galaxy Mall Surabaya is a company engaged in the retail sector which currently in Indonesia has opened 15 stores. The first Fashion Bazaar in Surabaya was in Grand City in 2013 and the second outlet was at Galaxy Mall in 2015. The store sells various international brands with various various categories from clothes to women's accessories. The goods sold are products with high discounts obtained from all boutique branches of each brand throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance at Bazaar Fashion Galaxy Mall Surabaya employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 35 employees. The number of samples used is 35 people with sampling using non-probability sampling. Data was collected through observation and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that work stress has no significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.497 > 0.05, while the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.021 < 0.05, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value. 0.044 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show a value of 0.686 or 68.6% which means that all independent variables (work stress, work environment, and organizational culture) can affect the dependent variable, namely employee performance by 68.6% and the remaining 31.4%. (100% - 68.6% = 31.4%) is explained by other variables outside the studied model. Keywords: Work Stres, Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Employe Performance.
