Abstract

CV. Flos Design and Decoration Surabaya is a company in the service industry engaged in wedding decoration. As a company engaged in the service sector, of course, many competitors are increasingly tight and continue to increase. Implementation of a system becomes important so that the performance of all components can be controlled. This study aims to determine the application of responsibility accounting, how to assess the performance of CV. Flos Design and Decoration if judged by the application of Accountability Accounting. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the performance of the revenue center manager had an unfavorable difference. While the performance of cost center managers there is a favorable difference. The manager of the revenue center should evaluate the income so that the company's profit for the next year will increase.
