Abstract

This study aims to determine human resources audits and compensation can improve the effectiveness of employee work where suggestions or recommendations will be given from the findings contained in the PT. Sartotech Indonesia. The data collection technique in this study is by conducting interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data analysis sets criteria, describes conditions, finds causes and concludes consequences. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that human resource audits cannot be said to be effective because there is no internal audit section that will conduct human resource audits. The compensation section can already be said to be effective because it can increase the effectiveness of employee work when viewed from job satisfaction with employees.
