Abstract
PT. Sari Bumbu Indonesia, whose address is Jalan Raya Cangkir No. 145, Dusun Gading, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, is a company engaged in the agricultural sector of dry and powdered crops. This company was founded in 2010 when it was first established by PT. Sari Bumbu Indonesia has been successful in meeting international food safety standards and also caters to large and small orders of dry and powdered Malawi, for large and small companies, as well as large and small suppliers. PT. Sari Bumbu Indonesia also provides products that have been sterilized. The purpose of the research to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem that has been described above is to find out and prove the role of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment at PT. Sari Bumbu Indonesia. This study took respondents from the production department with a total of 50 employees. In the field implementation, this research takes primary data by using a questionnaire. The secondary data are other than the primary data obtained, obtained from the personnel staff of PT. Sari Bumbu Indonesia includes the company profile, organizational structure and vision, and mission. The type of research that will be used is by using quantitative methods. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research and is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the F hypothesis test indicate that organizational commitment, organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from F count 11,315 > 2.81 F table.
