Abstract
PDAM Surya Sembada yang beralamat di Jl. Mayjen Prof. Dr. Moestopo No 2, Pacar Keling, Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan daerah air minum yang sampai saat ini paling dapat diandalkan. Tahun 1890 pertama kali diambil dari sumber mata air desa Parut Pasuruan yang diangkut dengan menggunakan kereta api. Pelayanan PDAM Surya Sembada mencakup wilayah kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya (pasuruan, Sidoarjo dan gresik). Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang telah dipaparkan yaitu untuk membuktikan, menganalisi dan menjawab peranan Lingkungan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan bagian sistem dan pengembangan SDM pada PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengambil responden dari karyawan bagian sistem dan pengembangan SDM yang ada pada PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya dengan jumlah 30 Karyawan. Dalam pelaksanaan dilapangan, penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Sedangkan uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan antara lain, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Normalitas Data dan Koefisien Determinan. Secara keseluruhan, indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid karena nilai t hitung > 0,3061 dan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan (H1) menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. (H2) menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,014 < 0,05. (H3) menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,009 < 0,05. Major General Prof. Dr. Moestopo No. 2, Boyfriend Keling, Surabaya City is one of the most reliable local drinking water companies. In 1890 it was first taken from a spring in Parut Pasuruan village which was transported by train. PDAM Surya Sembada services cover the city of Surabaya and its surroundings (Pasuruan, Sidoarjo and Gresik). The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem that have been described are to prove, analyze and answer the role of the Work Environment, Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the system and HR development section at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City. This study took respondents from employees of the system and HR development division at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya with a total of 30 employees. In the field implementation, this research uses a questionnaire. The type of research that will be used is using quantitative research methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, with data analysis performed using SPSS tools. While the classical assumption test used, among others, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Data Normality Test and Coefficient of Determinants. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid because the t-count > 0.3061 and the results of hypothesis testing (H1) indicate that there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. (H2) shows that there is a significant influence between quality of work life on employee performance with a significance level of 0.014 <0.05. (H3) shows that there is a significant effect between work motivation on employee performance with a significance level of 0.009 <0.05.
