Abstract
The existence of a new Job Creation Law does not necessarily create a good legal product and can be accepted by the public, it is an absolute must that it must apply in the legislative system in Indonesia. The existence of the Job Creation Law regarding the procurement of a land bank as referred to in the Constitutional Court's decision NO. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 has many legal consequences, including the land bank, which is one of the strategic policies where strategic and broad-impact policies must be suspended. The research method used in this research is normative legal research. In this study, several approaches were used, namely the statutory approach, the conceptual approach and the case approach. As for the results of the study, it is known that the Constitutional Court's Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII of 2020 encouragesfundamental and immediate changes to the Job Creation Law. This is, in practice, so that the idealistic goals to be achieved from the presence of the Job Creation Act can be carried out while minimizing the negative consequences caused by avoiding the 'sanctions' from the Constitutional Court in the form of unconstitutional decisions on the Job Creation Law.
