Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence, social support and stress on married woman teacher. Subjects in this study were 100 woman married teachers in MTs MA Al -Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo. The results of regression analysis showed that the value of F= 5,685Sig (p) = 0,019 ( p < 0,05 ). It means that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social support toward stress; no relationship between emotional intelligence and stress (t = 0,234 ; r partial = 0,005 on p = 0,019 (p>0,05) and there was a negative relationship between social support with stress on married woman teacher (t = 2,433, r partial = -8,376 on p = 0,000 (p<0,05).
