Abstract
PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya is pioneer of the hydroponics garden in surabaya, standing in June 2014. PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya is a hydroponic plant located in the middle of surabaya. PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya has made alplanting from 204-2018. The existence of Kebunsayur Surabaya is a pillar for most business people in Indonesia. But based on the income from 2021, PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya failed with a harvest of 9.20%. This caused the demand received by PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya to be unstable. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a business worthiness analysis at PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya uses three aspects, i.e. technical/production aspects, marketing aspects, and financial aspects. Based on the technical/production and marketing aspects of PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya can be considered feasible. Based on the financial aspect, the NPV was Rp. 69.647.102 >0, the IRR was 9%, the B/C ratio was 1,21, and the PP was 3,01. Break Event Point calculation shows that this business will experience a principal opportunity when the selling price is Rp. 9.904 and experienced principal opportunities when the production volume was 4039 kg/year. Therefore the business of PT. Kebunsayur Surabaya are considered feasible based on technical/production aspects, marketing aspects, and financial aspects.
