Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy of the Bejijong Village Government, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency as a tourism village and creative industry in maintaining the economic stability of rural communities in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. Since the enactment of the Regional Autonomy Law, which made district/city governments even at the government level The village government makes the government, both district/city and village governments, have the right to regulate and carry out their government or household affairs while still receiving directives from the central government. Therefore, the Bejijong Village Government, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency has the right to implement a strategy in maintaining the economic stability of the village community in the Covid-19 situation or even when Covid 19 has started to become conducive. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research where data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis and also uses data analysis techniques with a SWOT matrix. The strategy that is in accordance with the internal and external conditions of the Bejijong Village Government and the UMKM of the Bejijong Village community is the Aggressive Strategy in accordance with the internal and external conditions of the Bejijong Tourism Village and the UMKM of the Bejijong Village community, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency.
