Abstract

Increasing competition in the quality of human resources in the field of employment, the need for labor has a very high productivity is required of all parties, either by the company corporate institutions and government agencies. This is due to the role of labor greatly affects the implementation of each day. This study aimed to analyze and prove the influence of motivation, work environment and compensation partially and simultaneously on the productivity of the production employees of PT AJE Indonesia Mojokerto, as well as to analyze and prove among the variables motivation, work environment and compensation Which most dominant variable effect on employees work productivity part of production PT AJE Indonesia Mojokerto. This study was a survey research. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. Sampling method in the field using random sampling techniques. The population in this study includes 100 employees working in the production department of PT AJE Indonesia Mojokerto. The analysis technique used in this study is a statistical method of multiple linear regression. The results in this study showed that based on test results simultaneously, variable work motivation (X1), Working Environment (X2) and compensation (X3) had a significant influence on Employee Productivity (Y). It is known from the F test results indicate that the sig. the F test of 0.000, which means <0.05. Based on the test of the influence of R obtained for 0891, which shows the work motivation (X1), Working Environment (X2) and compensation (X3) on Employee Productivity (Y) is strong. Based on t test results showed that work motivation (X1), Working Environment (X2) and compensation (X3) has significant influence partially on Employee Productivity PT AJE Indonesia Mojokerto showed with statistical significance t test each variable is smaller than 0.05. The conclusions of this research is Variable Work Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation partial and simultaneous significant effect on Employee Productivity Production section PT AJE Indonesia Mojokerto. This indicates that the second hypothesis, otherwise accepted. And Variable Compensation which has a dominant influence on Employee Productivity Production section PT AJE Indonesia Mojokerto. This suggests that the third hypothesis, otherwise accepted.
