Abstract

Every company needs a management control, because the system is designed to regulate the activities of members of the organization through the leaders (managers) organization to fit the desired goals of the company. Process control is carried out through the leaders (managers) to goal setting and strategy pelaksanaan.Salah one way that can be done by the manager to mencapi goal is to apply with less, influence others, in an organization and a means in mengimpementasikan strategy. PT. Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia (SPINDO) is a manufacturing company in the country that experienced in producing various kinds of pipes, steel / tubes and various other related products, and always innovative in order to meet the specific needs of consumers of steel in meeting the needs of a variety jenis.di the konsumenya PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia (SPINDO) also must be able to control the management and see the quality of its products. Product quality assurance company is always done with the introduction of a system of strict program. In this study aims to look at the effect of management control systems and implementation of quality management to managerial performance at PT. Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia (SPINDO), data collected using questionnaires and the data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression. The survey was conducted on 30 respondents who work in PT. Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia (SPINDO) is the manager, who in if using SPSS 21, results from this study showed that: 1. The influence of management control systems partially not significantly affect managerial performance company, 2. The effect of the implementation of quality management partially exhibited significantly on managerial performance company, 3. effect of management control systems and implementation of management if done simultaneously (simultaneous) significantly influence managerial performance company.
