Abstract

Weaving mats are one of the products produced by Bumdes Rukun Makmur Klampisan but in production and sales they still cannot maximize or meet the targets desired by the company. Therefore, Bumdes Rukun Makmur Klampisan needs to develop the quality of their woven mat products. This study aims to provide recommendations for improving the quality of woven mat products using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Information on customer satisfaction is needed by Bundes Rukun Makmur Klampisan woven mat products for quality improvement. The purpose of this study was to identify customer expectations, product attributes and customer satisfaction with the woven mats of Bumdes Rukun Makmur Klampisan. Questionnaires were addressed to customers for collection data which were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. can be seen from the house of quality as a situation of customer expectations. The results show that based on the level of customer satisfaction, durable materials, strong materials, color, price, ease of use, attractive shapes, varied patterns, tight weave, strong weave. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out using the Quality Function Deployment method approach. From all the technical responses that have been determined, the following order/ranking is obtained: Durable materials in consumer needs can be translated into technical characteristics with long-lasting use, not easy to fade, Strong materials can be translated when used, not easily torn. So that a strong material is defined as a material that is not easily torn when trampled on using good quality yarn and has good resilience, on consumer woven mats to add more attractive colors. Price is one of the factors taken into consideration by consumers in choosing a product.The cheap/affordable price of a product is highly desired by consumers in choosing a product. In this case, the price that consumers want for the mat is 75,000. The ease of use of the woven mat can be translated into a simple form so that it does not hamper the work and does not take a long time to wear or close it. interesting by providing training for employees to make patterns that are more like and varied than before. The simple shape can be translated into a simple mat form and it is easy to fold into xi a small one to carry everywhere can be folded into a smaller size which is more flexible. translated the weaving is not hollow so it does not fall into a defective product by giving care to the loom, Strong woven workmanship using a more thorough handmade.
