Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual, kepemimpinan diri, kecerdasan intelektual, komitmen organisasional terhadap motivasi berprestasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja dosen pada perguruan tinggi Islam di Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan terhadap seluruh dosen dari 3 Perguruan Tinggi Islam di Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 921 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 279 responden yang diperoleh dari rumus Slovin. Analisis data dan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan spiritual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, kepemimpinan diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, kepemimpinan diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, kecerdasan intelektual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kiner
