Abstract

Kertosono is one of the subdistricts involved in the Nganjuk Regency's rapid economic expansion. This can generate prospects for the establishment of several types of enterprises to satisfy the demands of the Kertosono populace. One of the companies that is expanding fast in Kertosono is the highly demanded coffee shop company. According to the findings of the observation, the number of coffee shops in Kertosono has increased. This is exactly proportionate to the rising coffee demand in Kertosono. The growth in activity was affected by a rise in a number of variables, including the population and the number of educational institutions and businesses in Kertosono. To address the ever-increasing demand for coffee, entrepreneurs require a distinct sort of coffee shop company. In this study, a business feasibility analysis was conducted on the design of a coffee shop named Coffee Corner, based on financial considerations, by calculating the Break Even Point, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and Profitability Index, where the five methods must produce acceptable results, as determined by the sensitivity analysis. With a Payback Period of 9 months and 18 days, a Net Present Value of Rp. 4,349,386,827, an Internal Rate of Return of 35.5%, and a Profitability Index of 14, the results demonstrated that the Coffee Corner business deserves to be considered financially viable. According to the findings of the sensitivity analysis using three indicators, namely a 10% rise in the number of visitors, a 10% drop in the number of visitors, and the number of visitors at the Break Even Point (BEP), the business is considered still feasible.
