Abstract

PT. Romi Violeta is a furniture manufacturing company that has been operating since 1982 in Sidoarjo, the company specializes in wood and rattan products with an export market share. As a labor-intensive company based on job orders or companies that produce based on orders and requests, it is not uncommon for companies to experience various obstacles related to the production process. Sudden requests and changes in buyer orders are often a separate problem that can become an obstacle in the company's production process. This production delay causes a decrease in earnings from the company which will affect the performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of (1) work creativity, (2) resilience, and (3) job embeddedness on intention to leave and employee performance at PT Romi Violeta. This research is a quantitative research with a sample of 98 respondents from employees of PT Romi Violeta. The data analysis technique used is the partial least square (PLS) method. The results show that (1) work creativity has a significant negative effect on intention to leave, (2) resilience has a significant negative effect on intention to leave, (3) job embeddedness has a significant negative effect on intention to leave, (4) work creativity significant positive effect on employee performance, (5) resilience has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (6) job embeddedness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (7) intention to leave has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
