Abstract
Work engagement adalah sebuah konsep pemikiran dimana karyawan yang memilki rasa engagement dalam kata lain yakni merasa terikat terhadap pekerjaan mereka sehingga ketika mereka bekerja mereka akan lebih bersemangat dalam melakukan pekerjaan mereka serta menikmati dan percaya pada pekerjaan yang dilakukan, atau karyawan yang memiliki work engagement tinggi mereka akan menyalurkan seluruh pikiran dan tenaga yang dimiliki terhadap pekerjaan mereka serta lebih bersemangat dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih adanya karyawan yang memiliki work engagement yang rendah yang ditunjukkan dengan karyawan merasa tidak bernilai serta tidak menikmati dan tidak percaya pada pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan work engagement pada karyawan di PT. Aneka Gas Industri, TBK Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah responden 72 orang. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment diperoleh nilai sebesar p = 0,714 (P>0,05) sehingga terdapat korelasi antara variabel keadilan organisasi dengan work angegament. Jika dibandingkan dengan r tabel maka diperoleh hasil r hitung 0,714 > r tabel (0,235) pada taraf signifikansi 5%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang sangat signifikan antara variabel keadilan organisasi dengan work angegament. Artinya bahwa, semakin tinggi keadilan organisasi, maka semakin tinggi pula work engagement karyawan dan sebaliknya semakin rendah keadilan organisasi, maka semakin rendah pula work engagement karyawan.
