Abstract
CV. XY is a company engaged in distributor services. CV distribution. XY is in the form of several types of pet food products. The delivery process at this company is usually once the delivery process sends to several customers with a capacity of goods that are not too much and the distance is not too far. Meanwhile, the transportation used in this delivery process is a fleet of cars which results in a fairly high increase in transportation costs. The research objective to be achieved is to repair the replacement fleet to minimize shipping costs. Then a feasibility analysis is carried out to determine whether or not the fleet repair is feasible. The result of the research is that it is feasible to replace the fleet in the company. Because this investment can minimize the company's operational costs, the replacement of fleet investment in CV. XY deserves to be implemented. In the analysis of the feasibility of replacing the fleet, it is known that the calculation of depreciation on the old fleet is Rp. 11,000,000, while the new fleet is Rp. 3,700,000. The results of the investment feasibility analysis revealed that the operational cost of the old fleet (Granmax Minibus) was Rp. Rp. 25,152,420 per year, while the new fleet (Tossa Viar Box) is known to have an operational cost of Rp. 12,443,215 per year, so it can minimize operational costs of Rp. 12,709,205 annually. The results of the calculation of the payback period of the company can return the capital in the 4th year, so that it is shorter than the economic life of 10 years Keywords: Feasibility Analysis, Depreciation, Payback Period
