Abstract
As the industry develops, many companies want good labor productivity in order to increase production. With a workforce that is not optimal. A small and medium-sized business owned by Mr. Rahmad, which is engaged in manufacturing, which has 15 workers, has experienced several periods that cannot meet the demands of consumers. With these problems, the company has not been able to know the standard time of production and the number of workers needed. This research method uses the calculation of working time to determine the length of work time required by an operator in handling a job and the calculation of the number of workers needed in order to increase agricultural equipment products. From the calculation results, it can be seen that the standard time for making 1 unit of coconut grater is 48.07 minutes, for meat grinder the standard time is 42.46 minutes, and for coconut milk the standard time is 38.25 minutes. For the number of workers needed for January, March, June, July, August 2022 are 15 people, February 2022 is 17 people, April 2022 is 17 people, May, November, and December 2022 are 16 people, for the month February, September and October 2022 is 17 people.
