Abstract

Pada era masa kini, makanan cepat saji ataupun makanan instan telah banyak beredar. Berbagai macam makanan instan dapat ditemukan pada supermarket ataupun online shop. Cara membuat makanan instan tersebut sangat mudah sehingga, banyak orang yang lebih memilih makanan instan. Salah satu contoh makanan instan yang kerap dipilih yakni, Ramen Instan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis Ramen instan yang ada di Indonesia, mendeskripsikan jenis rasa Ramen instan yang ada di Indonesia dan mendeskripsikan minat orang Indonesia terhadap Ramen Instan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kuantitatif yakni metode yang menggunakan angka-angka, mulai dari mengumpulkan data, penafsiran terhadap data yang diperoleh, serta pemaparan hasilnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa link secara online kepada 200 orang Responden mengenai minat masyarakat Indonesia terhadap Ramen Instan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan model analisis skala likert dan kolerasi spearman rank, yang diperoleh hasil data jenis ramen instan yang paling disukai adalah “Gekikara Ramen Hot Chicken” disusul oleh “Gekikara Ramen Hot spicy Mushroom” lalu “Gekikara Ramen Hot carbonara”. Interpretasi Responden ada pada kategori Netral dengan 60,95% yang berarti para minat responden terhadap Ramen Instan adalah Netral (Biasa saja). Hipotesis nol (Ho) Ditolak dan Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) Diterima atau dengan kata lain bahwa pertanyaan pertama “Tahukah anda mengenai ramen instan” dan petanyaan kedua “Pernahkah anda menkonsumsi Ramen Instan” memiliki hubungan yang signifikan yang berarti responden yang mengetahui tentang ramen instan pernah mencoba ramen instan.
