Abstract
Problems in managing the making of letters at the Wage Village Office, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency experienced many pros and cons regarding the services provided, because the services provided to the community were still said to be not in accordance with the quality of service in increasing community satisfaction regarding the procedure for completing the letter-making and service office employees. don't really understand how to operationalize letter submissions through the online system using Sipraja. This causes the low quality of services provided to the community. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the quality of population administration services at the Wage Village Office in increasing community satisfaction, (2) To determine the supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of services at the Wage Village Office. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach method, then the resulting data is descriptive. Descriptive data, namely written and spoken words that have been observed, are then taken to form a conclusion about the meaning of the issue. The results showed that the quality of service in the field of administration which was held at the Wage Village Office, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency had provided quite optimal performance results, with increasing quality service again it would result in community satisfaction.
