Abstract
Indonesia as a country has various institutions as well as organizations, both formal and informal, such as Karang Taruna which is specifically for youth. Karang Taruna can be said to be a place for millennials to develop, especially for the community as well as social groups in both rural and urban areas by sticking to an attitude of responsibility and awareness, particularly focusing on social welfare aspects. Activities related to this organization are regulated by the decision of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 77/HUK/2010 Article 1 point 1 regarding the Basic Guidelines for Youth Organizations. In regard to the author, the title adopted by the implementation of the policy considering the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs Number 25 of 2019 Article 6 Paragraph 1 regarding the task of youth organizations in the Jepara village, Bubutan district. The researcher is trying to find further identification related to the implementation of the task of youth organizations in the Jepara village. Marilee S. Grindle's concept and theory related to the implementation are used by the researcher. The research methodology that is used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results, the implementation of the youth organization's tasks policy using the eight indicators is proven in line with the results of the youth organization's outcome. However, on the other hand, there are obstacles that are felt to be factors that hinder the performance or tasks of the youth organizations.
