Abstract

E-money has become a new lifestyle in Indonesia, a method of payment that is useful for human convenience. In Indonesia there are banks and/or non-bank institutions can be a publisher on the electronic money. The continued development of this method makes the replacement of currency electronic money as a new lifestyle. Electronic money is a modern financial methods, the holder can use card-based systems or application-based system. Electronic money transactions can be used by the registered holder or the holder can also unregistered identity. As one of the products enjoyed by consumers, electronic money can not be separated from the deficiency and make consumers uneasy about its use. Users of electronic money has the rights as set out in the rule Consumer Protection. Consumer rights shall be granted a protection order to create legal certainty. The legal certainty which will be a reflection of Indonesia as a State Law as mandated by the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (UUD NRI Tahun 1945).
