Abstract

Public empowerment is an effort to prepare individuals with resources, opportunities, knowledge and skills to improve individual abilities or capacities so they can determine their own futures. Empowerment of society can be done by empowering and strengthening individuals. The empowerment of society aims to bring about public welfare and social justice. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the model of public empowerment of the mojomreeds village council to promote public welfare. The work of the researchers was made by the investigators of the farmers of mojomreeds village, the government of mojomreeds, the district government of tuban and the central government facilitated the farmers through help, counseling and training to the combined "Sadulur Nyawiji" farmers. Aid by the village of mojomreeds, the government of the district of tuban and the central government on farmers covers (1) the construction of a farmstead road; (2) construction and maintenance of irrigation canals are in progress; (3) tractor grants; (4) grant an owl house; (5) subsidized fertilizer; And (6) grant the bed dryer and the rice milling unit. While the education and training by the government of mojomgrasch village on a combined "Sadulur Nyawiji" farm is the appropriate education and training of technology for agriculture. The conclusion reached in the study is that government assistance to the combined "conscious of life" farmhands is aimed at improving public welfare. While the government's training and training of the combined "conscious of life" farm groups was intended to improve the quality of human resources in the village.
