Abstract

Pasar adalah sistem ruang sosial atau bisnis yang menjual barang dan jasa kepada masyarakat dengan sistem pembayaran uang tunai. Barang atau jasa yang dijual menggunakan sistem pembayaran yang sah, seperti uang tunai. Kegiatan ini merupakan perekonomian bagi penjual dan pembeli melakukan bisnis dagang, dan persaingan untuk memisahkan pasar dan perdagangan. Pasar tradisional memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif alami. Keberadaan pasar tradisional ini sangat bermanfaat bagi pemerintah daerah dan pusat, tapi juga bagi mereka yang menggantungkan mata pencahariannya pada kegiatan dagang. Ada banyak pemain di pasar tradisional yang memiliki implikasi penting. Mereka adalah pedagang dan pembeli lainnya yang berperan penting dalam menjaga budaya pasar tradisional untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Kemajuan ekonomi masyarakat, dan perubahan nilai-nilai budayaatelah membawa perubahan. Selain perubahan pola gaya hidup dan sistem transaksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengunjung dan daerah, bermunculan berbagai jalan perbelanjaan, dan pasar sebagai salah satu jalan perbelanjaan yang ada telah terintegrasi dan menempati posisi penting untuk kehidupan masyarakat. Pandangan masyarakat, pasar bukan hanya sebagai tempat bertemu untuk penjual dan pembeli, melainkan tempat interaksi sosial dan nilai budaya tradisional.
