Abstract
The needs for the availability of water for some people can be very difficult. The reality in the locatoin is that the need for water can be a serious problem so that it can hinder the quality of health, welfare, and economy. Unpredictable natural factors and the rate population growth have resulted in an increasing need for water. This analysis uses the data from population the last 5 years, and will be processed with several predetermined calculation methods to get a valid comparison to serve as a reference for calculating the next clean water needs. The purpose of this analysis is carried out so that the needs and availability of clean water can be known so that further fulfillment planning activities can be carried out accurately. The total discharge requirement in 2032 is 5.28 liters/second, for the Semanding Ground area of 2.88 liters/second, while the needs of each user are 1.78 liters / second. This is quite large compared to the availability of raw water whose discharge is only 1.87 liters/second in 2032. With total needs and availability inversely proportional, other alternatives must be sought such as other surface water sources or the construction of protected well construction.
