Abstract

Skripsi Berjudul: Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pelayanan Air Bersih di Desa Nemboramba Kecamatan Ende. Secara umum kinerja pelayanan publik pada dasarnya merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk memenuhi kehidupan masyarakat atas jenis pelayanan. Terkait dengan hal itu bertolak belakang dengan apa yang terjadi di Desa Nemboramba dimana masyarakat hidup dengan kekurangan air bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pemerintah desa dalam pelayanan air bersih di Desa Nemboramba.Untuk menganalisis hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori pengukuran kinerja organisasi yang dikemukakan oleh Kumorotomo, tentang indicator pengukuran kinerja yaitu: efisiensi, akuntabel, responsivitas, keadilan.Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Mendeskripsikan, mencatat, menganalisis, dan menginterprestasikan kondisi yang bertujuan memperoleh informasi berkaitan dengan permasalahan. Dimana peneliti mencaritahu tentang kendala yang dihadapi dalam kinerja pelayanan air bersih.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Nemboramba dalam memberikan pelayanan air bersih bagi masyarakat di Desa Nemboramba, Kecamatan Ende, Kabupaten Ende belum di realisasikan dengan baik, di karenakan beberapa faktor yakni: rendahnya sumber daya manusia dari pemerintah desa, rendahnya kerja sama antara pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat, kurang tanggung jawab, kurangnya perencanaan yang baik dari pemerintah desa, sehingga tidak di realisasikan.Maka dari itu dapat mempengaruhi kerja pelayanan air bersih di Desa Nemboramba.
