Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangukur pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, kinerja perangkat desa melalui organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di Kecamatan Trawas, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 perangkat desa dari Kecamatan Trawas, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Dalam penelitian ini analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh para responden yang sudah ditentukan. Untuk melakukan analisis, alat yang analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS), yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Model) yang berbasis varian dan menggunakan alat bantu software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa, motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, OCB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa.
