Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Balanced Scorecard Sebagai Alat Ukur Kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Kud Minatani Brondong Lamongan. Sampel dalam perusahaan ini adalah salah satu perusahaan Koperasi yang masih aktif beroperasi di Kecamatan Brondong Kabupaten Lamongan. Sumber data merupakan data primer dimana dengan tehnik pengambilan data melalui studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulam Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2021. Sehingga dalam desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Analisis data penelitian mengunakan metode Balance Scorecard dimana pada metode ini terdapat fokus pada empat perspektif yaitu, perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Sehingga dari penelitian menghasilkan dua perspektif sudah baik jika pada perusahaan menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard dan dua perspektif lain dikatakan masih cukup kurang karena melihat praktek pada perusahaan tersebut.
