Abstract

Problems pension arrangements for workers / laborers in the private sector in our country, is still a problem that has not received full attention from the government. Determining when and how the retirement age for workers / laborers in the private sector refers to practices that apply to the company itself. So that when a worker / laborer had to retire depends on the company through the establishment of the Employment Agreement (PK), Corporate Regulation (PP), the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), or guided by some Act governing rights relating to retirement, such as BPJS Law, the Law on pension Fund. But in fact rarely company establishes pension arrangements in the Employment Agreement (PK), the Company Regulations (PP), or the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA). While BPJS Law and the Law on Pension Funds only regulate the onset of old age pension rights and the right to pension benefits.In the absence of pension arrangements for workers led to many private sector workers are in fact no longer able to work either because of age or because of health (illness or disability) are still forced myself to work with all its limitations and risks that might occur. They will continue to work even if physical activity is already weak because of illness or disability or condition already old because of age. The right to a pension which should have been them feel after working for many years did not go they get. Dreams of workers in the private sector to enjoy life in old age with a pension plan is only a dream for the company did not halt them.
