Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri kematangan karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester akhir di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 sebanyak 108 subyek. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket dengan purposive sampling. Teknik korelasi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan kematangan karir adalah tehnik spearman brown dengan non parametrik statistik. Hasil perhitungan analisa data tersebut diperoleh koefisien korelasi spearman brown sebesar nilai rxy 0,758 dan p=0,000 dengan taraf signifikan (p<0,05) artinya variabel bebas (X) kematangan karir dengan varibel terikat (Y) kematangan karir mempunyai hubungan yang sangat signifikan. Hal ini berarti ada hubungan sangat positif dan sangat signifikan antara variabel konsep diri dengan variabel Kematangan karir, artinya semakin positif konsep diri maka semakin baik kematangan karir. Sebaliknya semakin negatif konsep diri maka semakin kurang kematangan karir . Jadi, hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini di terima.
