Abstract
The emergence of government policies regarding the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) has reaped the pros and cons, especially for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The existence of this policy makes Magdalena Fridawati as a food vlogger participate in helping MSMEs who are affected during the PPKM period. Through the MSME Assistance Program carried out on the islands of Java and Bali, Magda hopes that the assistance he provides will be much more equitable and can construct the community through his YouTube shows to work together hand in hand to help their business keep running. To find out what framing is packaged by Magdalena in the UMKM Assistance Program, researchers will observe the video and use Robert N. Entman's framing content analysis approach and use reality construction theory as a supporting theory. As for choosing the unit of analysis, the researcher selects sentences that are in the cut scene that the researcher has previously selected. Through 3 uploaded videos that have been observed by researchers, the results obtained are the framing of content carried out by Mgdalenaf on the UMKM assistance program. owned by MSME actors, the third provides a banner as a form of verification. Meanwhile, if drawn using the theory of social reality construction, the message construction built by Magda is to share empathy and care more for MSME actors. Key Words : framing, UMKM, Food Vlogger
