Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production division of the Warship Division at PT. XYZ INDONESIA (Persero) Surabaya. The time of the study was carried out in April-June 2021. The type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses data sampling as many as 56 people. In the field implementation, researchers took primary data by using questionnaires. And secondary data obtained through the personnel staff. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis and the classical assumption test used is the data normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the t-test showed that work culture (X1), work discipline (X2) and work environment (X3) had a partial effect on the performance (Y) of employees in the production department at the Warship Division of PT.XYZ Indonesia (Persero). Meanwhile, the results of the F test showed that work culture (X1), work discipline (X2) and work environment (X3) had a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). A good work culture, high discipline and a safe and comfortable work environment will improve employee performance.
