Abstract

Lingkungan kerja merupakan segala sesuatu yang ada di sekitar para pekerja yang dapat memengaruhi dirinya dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas yang dibebankan. Tentunya dengan sarana dan prasarana yang baik diharapkan karyawan mendapatkan tempat kerja yang nyaman, sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi karyawan serta lingkungan kerja yang aman dan kondusif akan membuat karyawan merasa tenang dan nyaman dalam bekerja.Pelaksaan pengumpulan data yang relevan untuk penelitian ini adalah dengan cara kualitatif. Data dari hasil peneliti akan diolah dengan cara yang bersifat kualitatif. Iklim komunikasi organisasi negative mengindikasikan bahwa karyawan tidak senang dan mempresepsi negative dimensi-dimensi yang ada di dalam lingkungan kerjanya. Komunikasi organisasi yang ada di Mcdonald’s Graha Family berjalan cukup baik dengan adanya Crew Leader sebagai penghubung komunikasi antara atasan dengan bawahan. Dalam hal ini Crew Leader berperan penting dalam terciptanya Iklim komunikasi organisasi yang ada di dalam Mcdonald’s Graha Family Surabaya. Adanya iklim komunikasi organisasi mampu membawa karyawan yang ada disana merasa bahwa lingkunagan kerja yang mereka naungi memberika dampak yang positif secara formal maupun informal. The work environment is everything that is around the workers that can affect them in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. Of course, with good facilities and infrastructure, it is hoped that employees will get a comfortable workplace, so that they can provide satisfaction for employees and a safe and conducive work environment will make employees feel calm and comfortable at work. . Data from the research results will be processed in a qualitative way. A negative organizational communication climate indicates that employees are not happy and perceive negatively the dimensions that exist in their work environment. Organizational communication at Mcdonald's Graha Family goes quite well with the Crew Leader as a communication liaison between superiors and subordinates. In this case, the Crew Leader plays an important role in creating the organizational communication climate in Mcdonald's Graha Family Surabaya. The existence of an organizational communication climate is able to bring employees who are there to feel that the work environment they are in has a positive impact, both formally and informally.
