Abstract

Multi-storey buildings basically aim to address the problem of land availability caused by growing population growth. To establish a sturdy and safe multi-storey building, it is necessary to review the behavior of structures due to earthquakes. This is very important because it concerns the safety of users and minimizes property losses (economic loss) after the earthquake. Based on SNI 1726-2019, multi-storey buildings totaling more than 10 floors, need to be reviewed based on the influence of Dynamic Earthquake Force using Time History Analysis. Atrivm Residence Surabaya building itself consists of 23 floors, whose structural planning is based on SNI 1726−2012, SNI 2847−2013, and SNI 1727−2013. So in this study, Atrivm Residence Surabaya Building will analyzed again based on the latest SNI, consist of SNI 1726−2019, SNI 2847−2018, dan SNI 1727− 2018 which focuses on the main structural elements, namely Beams, Columns and Shearwalls. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the strength capacity of the main elements of the structure and the performance results of the structure with the Non-Linear Time History Analysis Method. The results of the analysis of beams, columns and Shearwall based on SNI 2847-2019 showed that the structure of Atrivm Residence Surabaya Building meets the requirements. Meanwhile, the results of the evaluation of the performance of the structure of the Atrivm Residence Building with the Non-Linear Time History Analysis method obtained a Maximum Drift Story value 0.0063 m In X direction and 0.0051 m In Y direction. Based on these values, Atrivm Residence Surabaya Building is categorized at Performance Level IO (Immediate Occupancy), and meets security requirements.
