Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work stress, and workload on cyberloafing behavior in employees of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City. The sample in this study based on the slovin formula were 57 employees of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability while Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results The research shows that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and cyberloafing behavior as shown from the results of the t-test of 3.934 with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a positive and significant effect between work stress on cyberloafing behavior as shown from the results of the t-test of 4.517 with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is an insignificant effect between workload on cyberloafing behavior which is shown from the t-test results of 1.275 with a significance of 0.208. 4) There is a significant influence between work environment, work stress and workload simultaneously on cyberloafing behavior, this is indicated by the F count value of 21.570 with a significance value of 0.000 and can be written with the regression equation Y= 3.512 + 0.497X1 - 0.473X2 + 0.211X3 . With a large influence of 55%, while the remaining 45% is influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Stress, Workload, Cyberloafing Behavior
