Abstract

The Community Health Center (Puskesmas) established by the government is a public health service institution that is required to fulfill public health services properly as its main task. This demand is absolute in order to create a good image of the Puskesmas as a form of government service to the community who need health services at an affordable cost. However, sometimes because of this low cost, it is feared that the Puskesmas services are not as expected by the patient. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to have a customer-oriented concept in which the Public Health Center focuses its full attention on the needs and desires of the patient, even though the Puskesmas does not prioritize profit in its operations. This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between service quality and tariffs on income at the Puskesmas. The object used in this research is the Tanah Kali Kewall Health Center, Surabaya. This research is a type of quantitative research, while the sample used in this study was 50 people by distributing questionnaires. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Hypothesis testing in this study uses SPSS analysis and application The results of this study indicate that all variables have a positive value and have a significant effect, namely Services has a significance value of 0.000, Tariffs have a significance value of 0.101. Where Y = Income, = constant worth 1.670 , 1 = Services is worth 0.548, 2 = Tariff is worth 0.249, and = Error
