Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work environment, work discipline, and innovation on the employee’s performance. This research uses causal explanatory methods. The population of this research is employees of PT Nusantara Muda Bersinergi with the total 85 respondents taken using the sensus method, so the sample in this study were all employees of the economy creative sector in PT Nusantara Muda Bersinergi. Research data were collected using a list of questions or questionnaires filled out by respondents and then analyzed using software SPSS version 25.0. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and the coefficient of determination. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression in the form of the F test and t test. This research was conducted in the city of Surabaya with a research sample of PT Nusantara Muda Bersinergi. The conclusion proved that work environment, work discipline, and innovation partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The suggestion that can be given to the company is expected to be able prioritize the improvement of work environmental conditions so that employee’s performance increases
