Abstract

CV. Mitra Informatika is a business unit engaged in Desktop/Mobile Application Development Services, multimedia, and Web Services. CV. Informatics Partners encounter problems when there are a large number of incoming Job Requests. Companies tend to be overwhelmed because there are no criteria that are focused on the work so that consumers tend not to get perfect results because the work does not reach the target (Working Deadline), harming the company's operations and the profits obtained are not directly proportional to the existing workload. In this study, two combination methods were used, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) where the criteria used for decision making consisted of Cost, Deadline, Installment Size, and Many Installments. The results of the research are a web-based project priority selection decision-making system, which inputs alternative data, looks for the weight value of each criterion and sub-criteria, and also calculates the ranking results to solve the previous problems.
