Abstract

PT. Bumi Menara Internusa is one of the companies engaged in quality and nutritious seafood ranging from shrimp, crabs to various types of fish. PT. Bumi Menara Internusa was founded in 1989 and consists of passionate, competent, and highly dedicated individuals in providing the best quality food for the world. This company has many branches, and the central processing branches are Lamongan, Dampit, and Surabaya, which are also the main plant. This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of the work environment, workload, and work stress on the performance of office employees at PT. Earth Tower Internusa. The analytical tools used in research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and determination analysis. The sampling method is using the population for all office employees at PT. Bumi Menara Internusa from the Fish and Corporate division with 51 respondents. The study results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Surabaya, Workload has no effect and is not significant on Employee Performance at PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Surabaya and work stress positively and significantly affect employee performance at PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Surabaya. Based on the R2 test, it is known that the contribution of the work environment, workload, and work stress to employee performance is 86.4%. The remaining 13.6% is influenced by other variables or factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Work Environment, Workload, Work Stress
