Abstract
Employee performance is an important thing to be noticed by the company to achieve the objectives of the Organization. This research aims to determine and analyze the signification partially or simultaneously the influence of leadership style (X1), motivation (X2), and work Environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) PT. Bersama reached Cita Surabaya period 2018-2020. This research uses the kuntitular approach and secondary data types. The method used to determine the sample is the purposive and sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that simultaneously (test F) The style of leadership, motivation and work environment collectively-sama significantly affects the performance of employees. While the results of partial research (Uji T) show that variable leadership styles have significant influencers towards employee performance, the motivational variables have a significant influence on employee performance and working environment variables significantly towards employee performance.
