Abstract

Data management is an essential thing in an institute. One of them was in the Informatics Study Program at the University of Surabaya on 17 August 1945. Data management for the Final Project in this study program uses Google sites classified as ineffective. Data collection and grouping is also still using google form. It takes a system that can manage large amounts of data and provide quality assurance that meets standards. A management information system is a suitable system to manage these essential data. The management information system will also be equipped with quality assurance based on the ISO 25010 standard. ISO 25010 is the basis for building a system with the quality and system specifications required by users. The case study in this research is developing a final project management information system with quality assurance based on ISO 25010 at the Informatics Engineering Study Program Untag Surabaya. The system test obtained results that the Final Project Management Information System has met the ISO 25010 standard on functional suitability characteristics with an overall value of 100% and a value of X = 1 for each sub-characteristic test, fulfilling the performance efficiency characteristics by obtaining an average access speed of 1.5 seconds from each page (good), meets usability characteristics with a percentage of 85% with a cronbach alpha value of 0.871 which is included in the good category, meets compatibility characteristics of 83%, and meets security characteristics with safe results where the system is not vulnerable to external threats.
