Abstract

Every organization has a relationship with each other and always tries to work hand in hand in carrying out its activities with the aim of increasing productivity performance. This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style variables on intention to leave, transformational leadership style on employee performance, work environment on intention to leave, work environment on employee performance, workload on intention to leave, workload on employee performance and intention to leave on employee performance. The sample used was 84 respondents who were employees of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Java Tbk. Data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The Result showed transformational leadership style significant on intention to leave, work environment and work loads not significant on intention to leave, transformational leadership style not significant to employee performance, work environment, work loads and intention to leave significant to employee performance.
