Abstract

This study examines communication strategies carried out by the leadership of the marketing division of PT. FIGROUP Rajawali Surabaya in response to organizational changes after the turn of the president director Margono Tanuwijoyo. This research was conducted because when there was a structural change in the organization and this was the change of the president director of PT. FIFGROUP, this will affect other parts of the organization, including information uncertainty in members of the organization, so that the communication of the new president director's organization becomes important in implementing new policies for the company. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, research methods using case studies. The data collection technique in this study uses in-depth interviews where the data that can later test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results and findings of this study are communication strategies carried out by the leadership of the marketing division in responding to organizational changes by applying identify and replay
