Abstract

Kosmetik selalu di sukai oleh para kaum hawa, bahkan dari generasi ke generasitidak pernah ada redupnya. Selalu dibutuhkan dalam setiap tampilan bahkan kini kosmetik sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok para kaum hawa. Dalam realitanya, kosmetik termasuk produk yang diwajibkan memilikki izin, legalitas terhadap produk yang diedarkan. Namun, nyatanya tidak semua kosmetik memilkki hal tersebut. Pada akhirnya menimbulkan banyak problema yang muncul bahkan dianggap merugikan para konsumen dan berakhir pada ganti rugi, dll. Para konsumen dapat berlindung dibalik Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen, dikarenakan tiap konsumen diberikan suatu kepasian hukum dan dijamin juga rasa keadilan, keamanan, dll di mata hukum. Semuanya saling berkaitan. Tidak serta merta hanya jual dan beli, namun izin BPOM juga sangat penting mengingat produk kosmetik tidak diperbolehkan untuk sembarangan di edarkan. Harus melalui banyak tahapan untuk pada akhirnya suatu produk diberikan izin atas layak edar, dan juga harus sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku mengenai produk tersebut. Walaupun tidak langsung bertemu dengan para konsumen, namun kewajiban pelaku usaha pun harus dilakukan apabila sudah menginjak ranah berdagang apalagi secara online/elektronik.
