Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the relationship between the quality of the variables of the influence of micro fundamental, macro fundamentals on corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD), ownership structure, financial performance, going concern audit opinion and company value in State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is 20 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study used purposive sampling as many as 12 companies with observations in 2010 - 2016. Data analysis techniques in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS) consisted of Inner model, Outer model, and Weight relation. The test results show that all tested variables influence each other with variables and are significant with t-statistics above a significant level of 5% with ttable 1,960 except macro fundamentals of ownership structures which show the influence of 0.0031421 and t-statistics of 1,327460 so that the research hypothesis (H3) is rejected and accepts another hypothesis, which means macro fundamentals change will affect the ownership structure in determining the company's goals.
