Abstract

Construction project of PT. Swanson Plastics Indonesia was located in Blok D2-D3, Ngoro Industrial Park, Ngoro, Mojokerto, East Java 61385. It was completed in accordance with 40 weeks schedule with a contract value of Rp 64,462,809,091. The helps of time provisions period and cost limits, good and mature project protection were needed. To carry out this control, it must first inform the project that had taken place. The research objective were to determine the cost and time performance, estimated costs and time at the end of the project. The method that be used in this study was the Earned Value method that combined elements of cost and time and physical achievement of work. Data obtained from the project include Cost Budget Plan (RAB), project Timetable, project reports and actual costs which were then carried out a schedule, cost, variance and performance index analysis. All of that described the problems that arised during the research. From the results of the analysis carried out at the 9th week, the costs incurred were greater than the budgeted costs with the CPI value = 0.94 and the implementation time was more than the results with SPI = 0.82. The results of the final project investment cost of Rp. 68,419,123,282, - with an estimated time of 47 weeks, indicate that the project is 7 weeks out of 40 weeks. This delay was caused by the late of delivering materials that be used.
