Abstract

In digital era, the development of technology makes social media become trend for people. One of the social media that develop quickly is Instagram. The use of Instagram can benefit the entrepreneurs such as contemporary coffee. Jack Kopi is a contemporary coffee in Gresik which uses Instagram as their social media to improve and develoop their customers. By using Instagram, Jack Kopi be able to introduce its business and enhance its image. The purpose of this research is to find how marketing strategy through Instagram to enchance Jack Kopi’s image. In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative for method of the study which obtained direct interview from the owner of Jack Kopi. The techniques of data collection in this study were used interview and documentation. From this study, the researcher can know that the Pemasaran strategy through Instagram to enchance Jack Kopi’s image is already effective. Keywords: Marketing, Instagram, Contemporary Coffee.
