Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic that hit all countries not only had an impact on health, but also had an impact on the psychological aspects of the community and health workers. Health workers are most vulnerable to being infected with Covid-19 when providing services to the community, so that health workers have difficulty maintaining physical and mental conditions which can be at risk of experiencing psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, severe stress and fatigue. This can result in burnout for health workers while carrying out their work. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between subjective well-being and personality hardiness with burnout tendencies in health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study were health workers who worked at the Covid-19 Referral Hospital. The research design used quantitative with correlational type. The research instrument uses three scales, namely, the burnout scale, subjective well-being and personality hardiness. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression with the coefficient value obtained F = 191.787 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between subjective well-being and personality hardiness towards burnout tendencies in health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
