Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini membahas lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, kesehatan da keselamatan kerja di PT Karang Pilang Agung. apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja dengan kepuaan karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh K3 dengan kepuasan kerja dan apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja serta K3 secara bersama-sama terhadap karyawan PT Karang Pilang Agung Surabaya.Variabel lingkungan kerja, variabel motivasi kerja, variable K3.Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 67 responden karyawan pada PT Karang Pilang Agung Surabaya.Analisis ini merupakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitaas, uji asumsi klasik dan determinasi menggunakan aplikasi komputer program SPSS 22. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerj berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan karyawan dan K3 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuaasan kerja karyawan. Dan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja serta K3 secara Bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan di PT Karang Pilang Agung Surabaya
